Lolita Cuff Tutorial

I always have lace hanging around in my sewing box, because i make so much victorian/Lolita stuff, so i came up with a couple of ways to use it. I figured i'd share it, in case anyone else has a surplus of lace too.

Hope this is helpful to you guys. More polymer clay tutorials are on their way soon, and any tutorial suggestions are welcome.
